The Cabinet resolved that:
The recommendations of the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board be approved as follows:
The comments previously made by officers be endorsed subject to the further comments recommended by the Advisory Board being forwarded in respect of the need for officers to monitor the situation regarding access and traffic movement.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 16 May 2012.
